DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

This Deed of Absolute Sale (“Deed”) made and entered by and between:

_________________, Filipino, single, of legal age, and a resident of

_________________, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”;

– and –

_________________, Filipino, widow, of legal age, and a resident of

_________________, hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”;

WITNESSETH: That –

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of a Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty
One square meters (17,931 sq.m.), more or less, parcel of land situated at _________________,
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _________________ (the “Subject Property”),
having acquired the same by virtue of the _________________, and which is more particularly
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to sell, transfer and convey, and the BUYER has
agreed to purchase the Subject Property, and all rights and interests pertaining thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the mutual
covenants, stipulations and agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. For and in consideration of PESOS: THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND

(Php330,000.00), the receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged by the
SELLER, the SELLER do hereby absolutely SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY and
DELIVER, by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, unto the BUYER the Subject Property
with all the improvements existing thereon, and any and all of their rights and title to
and interest therein.

2. The SELLER hereby warrants and represents to the BUYER that the Subject Property
is free from any and all claims, liens or encumbrances whatsoever.
