brevity) duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission, do hereby certify that in our

"RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Law Firm be

authorized, as it is hereby authorized to purchase a motor vehicle as service of the
partners of the firm, on installment for a period of five (5) years. For this purpose, the
Firm shall apply for an auto loan to finance the said purchase with the (state bank) in
such amount as may be necessary and as may be approved by the said bank.
