SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, SPOUSES LAWRENCE T. REYES and SUSAN S. REYES, Filipinos, both of legal
age and residing at Blk. 23 Lot 13 Sanja Mayor Subd., Phase I, Brgy. Sanja Mayor, Tanza, Cavite, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, FELIPA D. IDANAN, Filipino, of legal age and
residing at Sitio Pugad Lawin, Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To transact, process and follow-up on my behalf in the processing of documents in

connection with the transfer and titling of the parcel of land with improvements
situated in Barangay of Sanja Mayor, City of Tanza, Province of Cavite, covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-2018016295 with an area of
TWENTY EIGHT (28) square meters, more or less, with the concerned agencies of
the Government of the Republic of the Philippines particularly the Bureau of Internal
Revenue, Register of Deeds and City Assessor’s Office;

2. To pay the documentary stamp tax, transfer tax and other kind of tax to the con-
cerned agencies of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines to effect the
transfer of ownership of the said property;

3. To submit, claim, sign and execute any necessary papers and documents related
thereto;

4. And generally, to do and perform all and every act, which may be required,
requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.
