DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and executed by and between:

SPOUSES LAWRENCE T. REYES and SUSAN S. REYES, Filipinos,

both of legal age and residing at Blk. 23 Lot 13 Sanja Mayor Subd., Phase I, Brgy.
Sanja Mayor, Tanza, Cavite, hereinafter referred to as the “SELLERS”;

-and-

SPOUSES ROTILLO BANATAO ARCEBIDO and LORY VINGNO

ARCEBIDO, Filipinos, both of legal age and residing at 59 Gumamela St., Roxas
District, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”.

WITNESSETH:

That the SELLERS are the registered owners of a parcel of land with
improvements situated in Barangay of Sanja Mayor, City of Tanza, Province of
Cavite, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-2018016295 with
an area of TWENTY EIGHT (28) square meters, more or less, which is more
particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the BUYERS has offered to buy the above-described parcel

of land including the improvements existing thereon from the SELLERS and
the latter by virtue of these presents have agreed to sell the same;

That for and in consideration of the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED

THOUSAND PESOS (Php800,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of
which in full is hereby acknowledged by the SELLERS from the BUYERS, the
SELLERS do hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY, absolutely unto the
BUYERS, their heirs, successors and assign the above-described parcel of land
including the improvements existing thereon, free from any and all lien or
encumbrances, whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this DEED OF
ABSOLUTE SALE this __ day of _____________, 2022 in Las Piñas City,
Metro Manila.

names by the parties and their instrumental witnesses, and sealed with my
notarial seal.
