DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE MEMORIAL LOT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF HIMLAYANG PILIPINO MEMORIAL LOT PLAN, made and
executed in the place and date mentioned herein below by and between MILAGROS TAN, of legal
age, with residence and postal address at 19 LUNAS STREET LA LOMA QUEZON CITY, wife and
beneficiary of the Memorial Plan Holder of Himlayang Pilipino under the name of my deceased
husband ROMEO TAN ,hereinafter referred as VENDOR, and JOSE FERNANDEZ JIMENEZ, of legal
age, with residence and postal address at NO. 16 GENERAL STREET VETERANS VILLAGE, BRGY.
HOLY SPIRIT QUEZON CITY hereinafter referred as VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is a policy holder of a Himlayang Pilipino Memorial Lot Plan
located at Lot 1 and 2 Block #5318 Sec. C with Contract No. 30899. That for and consideration of
the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND (80,000.00) PESOS, in Philippine Currency, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledge by and to the entire and complete satisfaction of the VENDOR from the
VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, by way of absolute sale, unto
and in favor of the VENDEE, JOSE FERNANDEZ JIMENEZ, his heirs, assigns and successors in-
interest, the Himlayang Pilipino Memorial Lot Plan registered in the name of the VENDOR;

That the VENDOR warrants unto the VENDEE full Rights over the said lot, free from all liens
and encumbrances whatsoever, in favor of any person or entity and that they will defend the
VENDEE’s right to said property against the adverse claim of any third party.

VILLAGE, BRGY. HOLY SPIRIT QUEZON CITY, hereinafter referred as VENDOR, and -
___________________________________________________, of legal age, with residence and postal address
_____________________________________________________________________________ hereinafter referred as
VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is a policy holder of a Himlayang Pilipino Memorial Lot Plan
located at Lot 2 Block #5318 Sec. C with Contract No. 30899. That for and consideration of the sum

which is hereby acknowledge by and to the entire and complete satisfaction of the VENDOR from
