THIS DEED OF ABSOLUTE is made and executed and entered into this day _________________

GINA M. CARANZA, single and a resident of Opal Street, St. Francis Homes 3 San Pedro Laguna referred
to as the VENDOR:

AND

JUANITO J. DELGADO of legal age, Filipino citizen with resident and postal address at 0000 Guadalupe
Mansion Jp Rizal East Brgy. Cembo Makati City referred to as the VENDEE:

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the seller is the registered owner of a parcel of land with improvements located in Brgy.
Malilit Susana Subdivision covered and embraced under transfer certificate of title no. 00000 which is
more particularly described as follows

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF
TITLE NO 000

WHEREAS THE SELLER is willing to sell the Property for the amount of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 1,650,000.00)

WHEREAS, the buyer is willing to buy the above described property.

Now therefore, for and in consideration of the amount of (1,650,000.00) in full hereby acknowledged by
the seller to his satisfaction, the seller cedes, transfer. And conveys in a manner that is absolute and
irrevocable the above real property into the buyer, his heirs assigns and successor interest.

The SELLER warrants that they can transfer the title and possession of the aforesaid real estate property
to the buyer that there are offered transaction pending registration with registry of deeds CALAMBA
that will adversely affect the right of the buyer
The real property will be shoulder by the SELLER: as well as all expenses pertinent to the transfer of the
title to the buyer.
