DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF BUSINESS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is executed by YVES SO RAVECHE, of legal age,

married, Filipino, and a resident of 3969 Yague St. Barangay Sta Cruz Makati
City (the “Seller”), in favor of JHYMYLYN MIRANDA, of legal age, single, Filipino,
and a resident of (the “Buyer”),

WITNESSETH: that

WHEREAS, the Seller has offered to sell to the Buyer and the Buyer has agreed
to purchase from the Seller all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment owned under
Seller’s name and located at Villa de Primarosa of Pristine Water
Station in Block 2B Lot 18 Phase 2 Villa de Primarosa Barangay Buhay na
Tubig Imus Cavite, including the goodwill over the said Water Refilling
Station business, registered business name, business sign, logo, barangay business
permit, motorcycle delivery and any other interest therein.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of TWO HUNDRED FORTY

THOUSAND PESOS (Php240,000), to the Seller in hand paid by Buyer, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged to the complete and entire satisfaction of the Buyer,
Seller hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY absolutely and forever unto the Buyer,
her heirs, assigns, and successors-in-interest all said personal properties above-
described.
 That the said personal properties are free from any existing liens and
encumbrances and Seller can freely dispose the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand this
