DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed in, Manila, Philippines
on this 18th day of February 2018 by and between:

DANILO MORALES, all of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence

and postal address at 1281 INT. 21 TAMBUNTING ST. STA. CRUZ
MANILA hereinafter referred to as “VENDEE”

-and-

RAMIL SALVADOR, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence

and postal address at No. 1916 VILLA BARREDO T. SANTIAGO
CANUMAY VALENZUELA CITY, hereinafter referred to as “VENDOR”

WITNESSETH: THAT -

1. The VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner of a motor vehicle more
particularly described as follows:

MODEL 2012
OR NO. 1484138294
CR NO. 1575859074

2. That for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND

PESOS (P 38,000.00) Philippine Currency, paid by the VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby
by these presents SELL, CEDE, CONVEY and otherwise dispose of the above
mentioned OWNER’S WRIT in favor of the VENDEE, her heirs, successors and
assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the VENDOR hereby warrant peaceful possession and ownership of the
above mentioned OWNER’S WRIT in favor of the VENDEE and they shall defend the
title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third
persons.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties therein have hereunto set their hands this
