SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LEIZEL M. AGBANLOG, legal age, Filipino citizen, and residing at 4493 v
frnacisco st. sta mesa manila, do hereby name, constitute and appoint and by these
presents have named, constituted and appointed my son JUSTINE AGBANLOG, of
legal age, Filipino citizen, with the same residence address to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for and in my name, place and stead and for personal benefit and
interest to do and perform the following acts, to wit:
1. To present me in any legal and administrative duties in connection with my
processing of renewal of passport at Department of Foreign Affairs; and
2. To sign and execute all the necessary documents, agreements and other legal
papers, pertaining thereto.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as
I might or could do if personally present with all power of substitution and revocation
and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
