SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, EDWARD P. BANZUELA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a resident
of Purok 4, Calle Sexy, Brgy. V, Daet, Camarines Norte, have made, constituted, and
appointed ATTY. RONBERT A. RAMOS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Brgy. II, Daet, Camarines Norte, to be my true and lawful attorney in fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead, to perform the following acts:

1. To appear during arraignment in my behalf;

2. To represent me in the Pre-Trial stage, mediation, conciliation, and all other

proceedings in eleven cases entitled People vs Nelia P. Delos Santos covered by
Criminal Case Nos. 20-2171 up to 20-2180 pending before MTC Daet - Branch
1 and 2;

3. To negotiate, conclude, enter into, sign, and execute compromise agreement

and/or amicable settlement of said cases under such terms and conditions as
my attorney-in-fact may deem just and reasonable;

4. To enter into stipulations or admissions of facts, and of documents, in

connection with and related to the aforesaid cases;

5. To give consent to a provisional dismissal of said cases in the event of a

compromise agreement;

6. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver all other documents in my behalf, and
perform all other acts pertinent to the above described authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or
could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney
in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
