hereby offers the following exhibits in support of her case against the defendant:

defendant was the author and the
one who prepared the Kasulatan
ng Utang acknowledging her
indebtedness to plaintiff.

defendant is already due and
“B” Demand Letter
demandable.

To prove that defendant received

Registry Return Receipt the demand letter.

To prove that defendant admits

having received a sum of money
“D” Reply letter
from the plaintiff.

To prove that the parties had

undergone mediation-conciliation
“E” Pagpapatibay ng Pagsampa ng Kaso
before the barangay but
sa Hukuman
defendant still refused to pay the
plaintiff.
