EX-PARTE MOTION TO
PROSECUTE AS PAUPER LITIGANT

COMES NOW, the complainant, through the undersigned public attorney and unto
this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:

1. That at present, complainant has no means of livelihood and is prosecuting the

instant case to enforce her right of support against defendant. Thus, she cannot
afford to pay the required docket fee and other lawful fees to be incurred in the
prosecution of this case;

2. Thus, complainant respectfully moves that she be allowed to prosecute as

pauper litigant and be exempted from the payment of the required docket fees
and other lawful fees;

3. In support thereof, complainant respectfully attaches herewith the following:

Annex Title

A Certification from the Public Attorney’s Office attesting to fact of

indigency of complainant.
B Interview sheet/ Client profile
C Affidavit of Indigency
Affidavits of two (2) disinterested persons attesting to fact of
D and D-1
indigency of complainant.
E Barangay Certificate attesting indigency.
Certification from the City Assessor’s office stating complainant

has no properties in her name.
Certification from the City Treasurer’s Office stating complainant

has no properties in her name.
 WHEREFORE, complainant respectfully prays that the Honorable Court grant he the
right to prosecute as pauper litigant and be exempted from the payment of the required
docket fees and other lawful fees based on the above reasons.

Such other relief as may be deemed just and equitable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
