DEFENDANT SALVADOR T. MORALES

Undersigned Counsel for defendants, Spouses Vicente and

Lenie Morales, Spouses Salvador and Lorena Morales, and Marcela
Intoy Pasaul, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully states that;

1. Defendant Salvador T. Morales died last 11 August 2018 in

Poblacion, Malapatan, Sarangani Province. Attached herewith
is the Copy of his Certificate of Death as Annex “1”;

 2. Salvador T. Morales is survived by his wife, Lorena Morales,
who is one of the defendants in the above-entitled case, and his
children namely, Alexander Morales, Miraluna Morales, Nelson
Morales, Sheryll Morales, Jeric Morales and Henry Morales,
who are all of legal ages. Attached herewith are the copies of
their Certificate of Live Birth as Annexes “2” to “7”;

3. It is prayed that all summonses, processes and orders of this

Honorable Court be sent and addressed to Purok 11-A
Pananggalon, Malapatan, Sarangani Province, the address of
the above-mentioned heirs of Defendant Salvador T. Morales.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of

this Honorable Court that Alexander Morales, Miraluna Morales,
Nelson Morales, Sheryll Morales, Jeric Morales and Henry Morales
be substituted in this action as Defendants in the place of Salvador T.
Morales.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
