MOTION TO SUBMIT AMENDED PETITION

COMES NOW, Petitioner, HECTOR T. SENOSA through the


undersigned counsel and through this honorable court, hereby respectfully
submits this MOTION TO SUBMIT AMENDED PETITION for the
consideration of the Court and states as follows:

1. That the petitioner filed his petition for the issuance of new owner’s
duplicate copy of title last July 24, 2019;

2. That the same petition was raffled before this Honorable Court;

3. That due to inadvertence or oversight, herein counsel merely stated in the


petition his name, the name of his law firm and signature instead of the
complete information regarding his Roll of Attorney’s Number, IBP
(Integrated Bar of the Philippines) Number, MCLE (Mandatory
Continuing Legal Education) Number and PTR (Professional Tax
Receipt) Number;

4. That said missing information about the counsel were completely


provided in this amended petition;

5. That petitioner Senosa through his counsel has amended and is now
submitting his AMENDED PETITION.
A copy of the Amended Petition with corresponding machine copy
of the Exhibits is hereto attached as Annex “A”
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that
this Motion be NOTED and the Amended Petition be deemed submitted for the
resolution of this Honorable Court.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances are likewise
prayed for.
