SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, EVANGELINE C. ROLLS, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen and
a resident of Blk 11, Lot 3-B Yakal St. Phase 1 Casimiro Village Pamplona 3 Las
Piñas City, Philippines, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, LORD
JEFFERSON M. BAGUISI, of legal age, Filipino, resident of and with postal
address at Malayep, Gerona, Tarlac, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-
FACT for me in and my name, place and stead to do and perform the following
act and things pertaining to the transfer of ownership or title covered by
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 043-2018011177 to wit:

1. To transact to all government offices such as BIR, Municipal Assessor’s

Office, Provincial Treasury Office, DAR Office and Registry of Deeds
pertaining to the transfer of my torrent title.
2. To file application, submit requirements, sign and receive the Original
Documents relative to the transfer of ownership.
3. To get or obtain required documents by the BIR such as Certified True
Copy of Title and Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance, Landholdings, Death
Certificate, Birth Certificate, and Marriage Certificate/Contract from the
Local Civil Registrar; and by other government offices relative to the
transfer of ownership.
4. Generally, to do and perform all and every act and thing which may be
necessary in the exercise of the foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact

full power and authority to do whatever necessary act and things to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as
I might or could do if personally present, and he reby RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
