SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, AURELIANO A. SABLAN AND HYCINTH MARGARET DIETA MENDOZA, do
hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, CRISELDA T. CRUDUA, of legal age, Filipino,
single, resident of and with postal address at Capas, Tarlac, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-
IN-FACT for us in and my name, place and stead to do and perform the following act and things,
to wit:
1. To transact with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Tarlac City, for the payment of
Capital Gain Tax, and to get, receive, claim the Certificate Authorizing Registration
(CAR);
2. To transact with the Registry of Deeds of Tarlac to cause the transfer of the property
known as Lot 72, situated in the Barangay of Patling, Capas,Tarlac. Containing an
area of 17, 808 SQUARE METERS, more or less.
3. To obtain and acquire TIN Number at the BIR, Tarlac City;
4. To take all the processes and steps necessary and incidental thereto
before any government offices, and to secure and perform all other acts
which may be necessary under the premises.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do whatever necessary act and things to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present, and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney -in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
