SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, LYRA NIELLE D. DELEGRA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, a resident of Rosario,

Santiago City hereby name, constitute and appoint RICOH NAVIN M. MEDINA, KAREN MAE R.
SERVAN, KRISTIAN KING TUMACDER or any of their representatives to do the following acts:

1. To assist me in processing Business Registration of FOUR L PHOTOCOPYING

SERVICES with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) or any of its departments or
agencies;

2. To do any and all such other acts and things and to execute, submit and deliver and all
such other documents and instruments that the Attorney-in-Fact may deem necessary
or advisable or appropriate in connection with the above mentioned purpose;

3. To accept and receive any and all documents and papers, including official
communications with the above-mentioned agencies or any of their departments,
offices or divisions relating to the above-mentioned purpose; and

4. To appoint one or more substitute or substitutes as attorneys under them or any of

them for all or any of the purposes aforesaid and the appointment of the same at
pleasure to revoke.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to
be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING that the said Attorney-in-Fact shall or may do
under and by virtue of this Special Power of Attorney.
