SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MICHIE M. DELA CRUZ of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of Lattac, Sto.
Niño, Cagayan, do hereby name, constitute and appoint PRINCES C, AGUDO likewise of
legal age, Filipino and a resident of #11 Tindalo Street, Leonarda, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, to do and perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things, namely:

1. To present me for and in my behalf in the PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS FOR

THE TRANSFER OF TITLE of Transfer Certificate Title No. 032-2020001348
in my name with the concerned agencies of the Government of the Republic of
the Philippines;

2. To represent, execute, pay fees required, sign any and all document(s) and
paper(s) as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said document(s) from the
concerned agencies of offices in the Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts
in order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds;

3. To secure the necessary requirements relative thereto to any and all Offices
concerned and receive the same for and in my behalf;

4. To sign, submit and execute any and all papers, documents and instruments
relative thereto;

5. To pay any and all unpaid or accrued property taxes including such capital gains
and documentary stamp taxes necessary to effect the registration of the sale and
the transfer of title of the said property to the buyer of purchaser of the same;

6. To do all other things pertinent and connected thereto.

GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to do
perform any act and things whatsoever required and necessary to be done as I might or
could if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-In-
Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of the present.
