I, HENRIETTA TANGONAN LASUDEN, of legal age, Filipino

citizen, single, and with residence and postal address at No. 163
Country Club Village, Baguio Country, Benguet, Philippines, having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, depose:

1. That I have successfully hurdled the 2019 Bar Examinations;

2. That I have attended the Oath-taking Ceremony online on

June 25, 2020 at our home residence specifically at No. 163
Country Club Village, Baguio City, Benguet, Philippines– an
address located within Philippine territory;

3. That I have caused to be taken a photograph and a

screenshot of the video conference showing myself and the
En Banc proceedings during the ceremony;

4. That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the

above-narrated facts and for purposes of signing the Roll of
Attorneys.
