SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, REYNANTE G. ATILLO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a

resident of No. 8 Block A-3 Lot 168, Phase 1, SIR, New Matina, Davao City,
Philippines, do to hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my sister MARY
JANE G. ATILLO, also of legal age, Filipino, single, and No. 8 Block A-3 Lot
168, Phase 1, SIR, New Matina, Davao City, Philippines to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my
own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and
things, namely:

1. To act as my representative and agent with full authority to CLAIM for

me and my behalf my BLESSINGS amounting to NINTY TWO
THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIVE PESOS (PHP 92,805.00) at the
KAPA Ministry Office located at Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur;

2. To ask, demand, sue for, recover, and receive all sums of money, from
the above said office and to make, sign, execute and deliver such
receipts, releases or other discharges;

3. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be
required, necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present,
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
