EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate (“Deed”), made and

entered into by and between:

Heirs of DELIA L. SIASOYCO namely:

ALEX L. SIASOYCO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with

residence and postal address at 9418 Urma Drive, Airport Village Brgy.
Vitalez Parañaque City, who died on _______, represented in this
instance by his heir and wife, MA. ANGELINA M. SIASOYCO, also of
legal age and a Filipino Citizen;

DELBERT L. SIASOYCO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with

residence and postal address at
___________________________________;

RONALD L. SIASOYCO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with

residence and postal address at
___________________________________;

BENJIE L. SIASOYCO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with

residence and postal address at
___________________________________;

ALBERT L. SIASOYCO JR., of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen,

with residence and postal address at

PETER L. SIASOYCO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with

hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS;

WITNESSETH THAT -

WHEREAS, DELIA L. SIASOYCO who died intestate on October 19,

2020, at The Medical City – Ortigas Ave., Pasig City, leaving the following
properties;

(1) One Million Three Hundred (1,300,000.00) shares of Siasoyco

Bros. Holdings Corporation at One Peso (P1) per share par value.
(2) Savings Account 4800086798 at Banco de Oro amounting to
Php_____
 WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the sole and only heirs of the
decedent entitled to succeed to his estate, they being her children

WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the parties hereto to divide,

partition and adjudicate That there are no known debts or obligations due
against the estate of the said between and among themselves the entire
estate particularly the real property above described extra judicially in the
manner and form herein setforth.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises

and invoking the provision of Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties
hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to divide, partition and
adjudicate the above estate between/among themselves in equal shares,
subject however to the liabilities imposed by Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of
Court for a period of two (2) years in favor of any other possible heirs,
creditors or any other person deprived of the lawful participation over the said
estate of the deceased and encumbrances;

That in the remote event that any other property of the decedent should
ever be found which is not included hereinabove, the parties hereto further
agree as they do so agree to settle and distribute the same in like manner and
proportion as herein established and disposed.
