SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, JULIAN G. CABALLES, JR., , Filipino Citizen, married, of legal age and
with residence and postal address at South Poblacipn, City of Naga, Cebu, do hereby NAME,
CONSITUTE AND APPOINT, JANICE B. ALINSONORIN, likewise of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of SOUTH POBALCION, City of Naga, Cebu, Phils, to be our true and
lawful attorney-in-fact to do any of the following acts and things:

1. To take, institute and file a petition for the replacement of lost

owner’s duplicate copy Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-77401 of the
Registry of Deeds of Cebu;

2. To prepare, sign, execute pleadings of all kinds, motions,

manifestations, affidavits, and all other process including verifications
and certifications of non-forum shopping as may be necessary or
required under the circumstances;

3. To act as our representative in all stages of the proceedings; to

receive all processes relative thereto; to appear in the trial and
adduce and formally offer evidence; to appear and participate in the
preliminary conferences, pre-trial conferences, mediations, or judicial
dispute resolutions and enter into admissions and stipulations of facts,
definition of issues and applicable laws, marking of evidence,
limitation on the number of witnesses and consider any and all
matters that may aid in the prompt disposition of the case, with
further authority to negotiate, enter into and sign compromise
agreements and;

4. To facilitate and transact business with the Registry of Deeds of Cebu

and other concerned offices or agencies for th issuance of a new
owner’s duplicate copy to the title once a favorable judgement is
obtained.

5. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform any act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
Ppresent, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorneys in fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
