AFFIDAVIT OF NON-PROPERTY HOLDINGS

I, Lino Daniel, of legal age, single, Filipino and resident of Kamog, Sablan, Benguet,
herein referred to as the TRANSFEREE herein after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby dispose and state THAT:

1. I am the vendee/transferee of that certain parcel of land under Assessment of Real

Property (ARP) No. 2010-05-06-02060 located at Yangyang, Bayabas, Sablan,
Benguet, Philippines, containing an area of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty-Nine (8829) square meters.

2. Except the afore-described property which was the subject of Extrajudicial

Settlement of Intestate Estate with Simultaneous Deed of Sale docketed as
Document No. 88, Page No. 19, Book No. VI, Series of 2022 of the undersigned
Notary Public, I have no other real property located within the Province of
Benguet;

3. We are executing this Affidavit to secure a Certificate of No-Land Holdings with

the Provincial Assessor’s Office of Benguet;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for all
legal intents and purposes this may serve.
