AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ROSALIA L. TINDA-AN and ARNOLD BOLINTO MALOTE, both of legal age,
Filipinos, and residents of Abatan, Buguias, Benguet and JB0166 Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet,
respectively, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state THAT:

1. We personally know Fred Oplas since childhood since we are all neighbors and
natives of Buguias, Benguet for a long time. Hence, we knew his parents who are
Gatawa Oplas and Dayat Alingbas;

2. We also know that Fred Oplas is commonly called or identified in the community
as Fred Gatawa, even his relatives and townmates, as the son Gatawa Oplas and
Dayet Alingbas.

3. Further, we are aware and can attest that said person have parcels of land
located at Baculongan Sur, Buguias, Benguet covered by Tax Declaration No.
2010-08-06-00219 and Tax Declaration No. 2010-08-06-00962;

4. The person identified as Fred Oplas, the declared owner of the lot under Tax
Declaration No. 2010-08-06-00962 and Fred Gatawa indicated as the owner in
Tax Declaration No. 2010-08-06-00219, refers to one and the same person, who
is no other than our afore-said neighbor;

5. This commission of the foregoing discrepancy was primarily might be due to negligence,
illiteracy or indigency but not intended to defraud any person nor to conceal any
liability, but committed in utmost good faith

6. Finally, we are executing this affidavit attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts for all legal intents and purposes it may serve well.
