I, Lander Silong, of legal age, widower, Filipino and a resident of Badeo, Kibungan, Benguet,
Philippines after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am one of the donors/transferors of that certain parcel of land embraced and covered by
Original Certificate of Title No. CLOA-3247 and Tax Declaration/Assessment of Real
Property No. 2010-10-02-00315 located at Badeo, Kibungan, Benguet, Philippines with an
area of Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven (49, 967) square meters, more or
less;

2. As far as I know, I not have any other landholding except the afore-described property which
was the subject of Affidavit of Self-Adjudication with Simultaneous Deed of Donation
docketed as Document No. _____, Page No. _____, Book No. VI, Series of 2022 of the
undersigned Notary Public.;

3. I am executing this Affidavit to secure a Certificate of No-Land Holdings with the Provincial
Assessor’s Office of Benguet;

4. Further, I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for all
legal intents and purposes this may serve.
