AFFIDAVIT OF LANDHOLDING

I, LOUIS TIDEN ANIBAN, 1523 T4 Avida Centera Reliance St – Highway Hills, City
of Mandaluyong, Philippines after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. I am executing this affidavit to state under oath that I do not have any property holding,
except that parcel of residential land described in Assessment of Real Property/Tax
Declaration No. 2010-11-03-02000 with an area of One Hundred Fifty (150) square
meters, more or less, located at Caliking, Atok, Benguet;

2. Furthermore, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing;

3. Finally, I am executing this affidavit for all legal intents and purposes this may serve;
