AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, GRECEL PACLIPAN, married, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Davao City, Philippines, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state:

1. I am presently the incumbent Barangay Captain of Barrio Kapait,

Davao City Philippines;

2. I am executing this Affidavit to attest in good faith that on

January 25, 2019 at about 9:00 pm, I was doing my usual roving
within the barangay to ensure the safety and security of the
constituents therein, when I noticed that VERGEL PASPAS was
running away from the house of ALEXA M. JAVIER;

3. At that instance, I immediately proceeded to the house of ALEXA

M. JAVIER to check any untoward incidents therein;

4. Upon nearing her house, I noticed that the mango tree owned by
ALEXA M. JAVIER was already uprooted from the ground and
was tied to and dragged by an adult white female cow;

5. That as the Barangay Captain of Barrio Kapait, I have personal

knowledge that the said mango tree was owned by ALEXA M.
JAVIER;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing

facts for whatever legal purposes this may serve.
