TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT (POC, PSC, PHISGOC)

PSC - To provide funding to the PHISGOC as well as logistical requirements and the importation of
equipment and supplies that will be used during the sportsfest that will be played in Metro Manila and
key provinces and cities in Central and Southern Luzon.

PHISGOC - Responsible for the actual preparations, organization, management and execution of then
hosting and make sure that it conducts all activities in accordance with the rules laid out in the
agreement. PHISGOC will also be eligible for auditing by the Commission on Audit at the request of the
PSC to ensure transparency of the procurement and liquidation process.

POC - To monitor the PHISGOC as per its specific roles in the agreement and take an active role in the
running of the events.
