AFFIDAVIT OF TENANCY

We, LOURDES CABORNAY y PASCUA AND JUANITA VERDADERO y


PASCUA, of legal ages, Filipino citizens, married and residents of Brgy.Cali, Dingras,
Ilocos Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and say:

1. That we are the registered owners of four (4) parcels of land with an aggregate
area of 13,373 sq.m.,more or less, under TCT No. T-12317 covering Lot Nos.40 E-4-E,
40 E-4-L, 40 E-4-S, and 40 E-5-E, situated at Brgy. Lydia, Marcos, Ilocos Norte;

2. That the said parcels of land are TENANTED by


_______________________ and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land covered by Lot No.40 E-4-E containing an area of 5,896 sq. m.;
A parcel of land covered by Lot No.40 E-4-L containing an area of 2,065 sq. m.;
A parcel of land covered by Lot No.40 E-4-S containing an area of 2,572 sq. m.; and
A parcel of land covered by Lot No.40 E-5-E containing an area of 2,840 sq. m.;

3. This affidavit is hereby executed to attest to the truth of the facts


above-stated for all legal intents and purposes.
