AFFIDAVIT OF PRECAUTIONARY NOTICE

That We, ____________________________, of legal age, Filipino citizens, resident of


_________________________. After having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That we are the registered owner of a parcel of land situated at ________________,


Pangasinan and more particularly described and bounded as follows.

“A parcel of land situated in Barangay Uyong, Labrador, Pangasinan, covered by Tax


Declaration No. _________________ and with an area of Two Thousand One Hundred
(2,100) square meters, more or less and with assessed value of Seven Thousand Five
Hundred Sixty Pesos (P 7,560). Bounded on the Noth by ___________; on the East by
_____________; on the South by ____________ and on the West by ____________.”

2. That as the legal owner we have the right over the said parcel of land, together with its
improvements existing thereon;

3. That any transaction made and entered into by any person/s affecting the parcel of land, with
its improvement thereat, previously or in the future without any conformity, or the same from
my heirs, successors and assigns shall be declared null and void;

4. That we are executing this Affidavit to give notice to the whole world that we have the right
over the said property and the aforesaid property cannot be disposed or to be the subject of
any transactions of whatever form or kind;

5. That further, we executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
statements and for all legal intents and purposes without any purpose or deceit or
misrepresentation.
