AFFIDAVIT

RE: EASEMENT OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY

I, ROMEO NOEL T. JALON FRANCISCO, of legal age, married to JESISICA F.

JALON FRANCISCO, Filipino and with residence and postal address at
Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land located at Barangay
Lantawan, Zamboanga City and covered by Transfer Certificate Title No.
T-153,110 and T-153, 111.

2. That the easement of Road Right of way, 4 meters wide, annotated at the
back of TCT No.153,110 and TCT No.153, 111 are now being segregated
and provided for on Lot 1650-K-9 (ROAD LOT) of the approved plan No.
PSD-097332-021620.

3. That it is now therefore requested that Memorandum be made on Road Lot

1650-k-9 after payment of prescribed fees.

4. That I executed this affidavit to attest the veracity of the forgoing and for
whatever legal purposes it may serve best.
