AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVING SPOUSE

I, FELOMINA M. SONIEGA, of legal age, Filipino, widow of Onofre Soniega and a resident of
Poblacion, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law
hereby depose and state:

1. I am the wife of the late Onofre Soniega, who died at Minglanilla Cebu due to cardiovascular
disease last December 2, 2014;;

2. That, my late husband Onofre Soniega, who left a parcel of land at Pilagan, Poblacion,
Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur named as CARP No. 2017000598-01265215-316-C- 1.4527,
under his name;

3. That, we were married way back 1994 at the Municipality of San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur
and we were bless with Eight (8) Children during our marriage and his lifetime;

4. In lieu thereof, I am now entitled to claim the CARP Original Duplicate Copy of title under his
name, since I am his surviving spouse;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing declarations and to
release the said CARP Original Duplicate’s Copy and for whatever legal purpose this may
serve best.

I, ADELAIDA PANGHAAN, of legal age, Filipino, widow of GUMOBAL PANGHAAN SR.,

and a resident of Tiguha, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del Sur, after having been duly sworn to an oath in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. I am the wife of the late Gumobal Panghaan Sr., who died at Tiguha, Lapuyan, Zamboanga
Del Sur due to his decent year of living, he died naturally at Tiguha, Lapuyan, Zamboanga Del
Sur, last September 12, 2017;

2. That, my late husband Gumobal Panghaan Sr., left a parcel of land at Tiguha, Lapuyan,
Zamboanga Del Sur named as Tax Declaration No. 16-12-0023-00187, under his name;

3. That, we were married way back October 29, 1958, at the Municipality of Kumalarang,
Zamboanga Del Sur and we were blessed with Four (4) Children during our marriage and
during his lifetime;

4. In lieu thereof, I am now entitled to manage, transact, rent and lease the said property under
his name, since I am his surviving spouse;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing allegation, and to
transact thereof for the lease of third Telco tower and for whatever legal purposes it may serve
best;
