Dear Sir,

Respectfully referred to your good office for inquest proceedings are the herein
records of investigation relative to a case for the crime of Rape Through Sexual Assault
committed as follows:

VICTIMS/COMPLAINANTS: Marites Sy y Yin, female, 25 y/o, single, student, resident

of Brgy Dapawan Odiongan Romblon.

RESPONDENT: RODEL PO y MAN, male, 30 y/o, single, construction worker, and

resident of said barangay.

WITNESS: Rachelle Go Y Cruz, 25yo, female, single, student, resident of Dapawan

Odiongan Romblon.

On or about 11:00 PM of September 12, 2012, at Brgy Dapawan

Odiongan Romblon.

FACTS OF THE CASE:

On or about 11:00 PM of September 12, 2012, at Brgy Dapawan Odiongan

Romblon, one Marites Sy y Yin, female, 25 y/o, single, student, resident of said place
was sexually molested by RODEL PO y MAN, male, 30 y/o, single, construction worker,
and resident of said barangay through opening her legs and inserted his hand inside his
pajama and caressing her sensitive part. This incident was then witnessed by Rachelle
Go Y Cruz, 25yo, female, single, student, resident of Dapawan Odiongan Romblon.

Initial investigation disclosed that suspect while under the influence of

intoxicating liquor, arrived home and while the victim was sleeping the former opened
the latter’s legs and then inserted his finger into the vigina of victim. Then and there,
Rachelle, the witness stood up and immediately went out of their house and call for
assistance. Immediately, police patrollers of this office in the area responded to the
place which resulted to the arrest of the suspect.
