AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

We, the UNDERSIGNED Police Officers, both members of the Philippine

National Police, presently assigned at the Mati City Police Station No.4 do hereby
depose and state THAT:

01. We are among the members of the Mati City Police Station 4 who conducted
entrapment operations at Martinez Subdivision, Mati City located along Martinez
Subdivission Green House, Phase 6 Block 3

02. Said operation stemmed from the complaint of ENGR. JENNY y

PIORE for violation of RPC. Article 293 which was referred to our office by the
Barangay Captain of Barangay Dahican against JOSE y BATO BATO, 32 years old,
Single, Filipino and residing at Phase 6 Block 3 Martinez Subdivision, Barangay
Dahican, Mati City

03. On the complaint dated March 02, 2021 RPC Article 293

04. Upon receipt of their said complaint, our office planned out an man
hunt operation against the suspect. At about 08:00 in the evening of 2nd of March 2021
the undersigned together with the complainant proceeded at the pre-arranged area of
JOSE y BATO BATO located along Martinez Subdivission Green House Phase 6 Block
3;

05. Upon arrival thereat, complainants waited for the suspect to arrive
while we the undersigned seated near the complainants. At about 8:15 in the evening
suspect spotted outside his Green house talking to our informant to buy cements, our
informant handed over the marked money to the suspect that minutes of prompted the
undersigned to immediately effect arrest;
06. Seized and recovered in the possession and control of the arrested
person were the following, to wit:

a.) Five Hundred (500) bags of cement

b.) One Hundred Thousand pesos (100,000) of cash.

c.) Twenty (20) wheel borrows.

 07. Suspect together with the seized and recovered evidence was brought
to the PNP Police Station 4 for proper booking and disposition. Likewise, the arrested
person was apprised of their rights as provided for under the Constitution of the
Philippines.

We executed this joint affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against JOSE y BATO BATO and ARNOLD y
LIM for violations of Article 293.
