In line with SACLEO, at about 4:45 PM of September 28,
2020 at Block 12 Lot 2 Section 21 Phase 3 Pabahay 2000,
Brgy. Muzon, San Jose del Monte City,operatives of CIDG
PFU Bulacan (Lead),RACU3-ACG, PIB-Bulacan PPO and
San Jose del Monte City Police Station -Bulacan PPO
together with City Social Welfare and Development Office
led by Ms. ROSA E. MARCELAof San Jose del Monte City
arrested MA. CRISTINA DINO y LOSENOfor Violation of
R.A. 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act 2003) while her
companion managed escape identified as MARISSA
MONTEMOR. It appears that joint operatives responded on
the report that thesaid suspects are operating and
maintaining Cyber Sex Den and using minors to engage in
online pornography. Thereat, when the team was about to
approach on the opened gate atBlk 12-Lot 2, Section 21,
Phase 3, Pabahay 2000, Barangay Muzon, San Jose Del
Monte City, they saw a male minor later identified as
ASLANIE PALA y ABDULRAHMAN, Male, 16 years old,
minor with live-in partner, and a resident of Block 7, Lot 43
Section 21, Phase 3, Pabahay 2000, Brgy. Muzon, San Jose
XI SYNOPSIS
del Monte City, Bulacanruns inside the said house.
Prompting the team to give chase and when they reached
inside, the team saw three (3) female seating on their laps in
front of the computer showing their breast to their customer
online, and one (1) female owner identified as MA.
CRISTINA DINO y LOSENO, and one (1) minor male.Thus,
the team informed the owner of the nature of her offense
and placed her under arrest.
The arrested person was apprised of his Constitutional
Rights under RA 7438 and brought to CIDG Office for
investigation and proper disposition along with the seized
evidence together with rescued Cyber Sex Workers and one
(1) male minor.
Upon interviewed with rescued persons, they disclosed
that the other owner of said cyber-sex den named Marissa
Montemor was managed escape before the team arrived.
A case forViolation of R.A. No. 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in
Persons Act of 2003) will be filed against the suspects
before the City Prosecutors Office of San Jose del Monte
City.
