SUBJECT : Progress Report re-Shooting Incident MIKE CRUZ

DATE : June 10, 2019

1. References:
a. Incident Record From (IRF) Blotter Entry 2019-0346 with subject
Conduction dated March 7, 2019;
b. Memorandum from ACOP, ICPS, with Cite Number ICPSO: 0609-10-2019
with subject SPOT REPORT re Shooting Incident dated June 9, 2019;

2. In connection with above reference, please be informed that this station had
requested SOCO for Ballistic Examination on the recovered fired cartridge of
45 Cal & awaiting for result. Coordinated with the owner of the CCTV near the
crime scene to check the footage for possible identities of the suspect/s. Copy
of CCTV footage was sent to Anti-Cyber Crime 9 requesting photo
enhancement.

3. On or about 11:30AM June 9, 2019, ACOP, ICPS attended meeting with Col
Karl Shenry Frondoza Bde Cmdr 104 TH Bde PA & Lt. Col. MJ James Yunson
for a joint Security Measures.
 Intel Operative of this station are continuously gathering information for
possible identities and arrest of the perpetrators. Hot pursuit operation
still in effect
 Possible motives of the incident
a. Election Related Incident wherein victim is a close supported of VM
Amirah Reyes.
b. Love triangle, the victim has two wives.
