1. What: Arrest of Most Wanted Person Top Two (2) Provincial Level
in relation to Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO).

5. Why: For having a standing Warrant of Arrest issued by Acting

Presiding Judge, with Criminal Case No. for Violation of Rape in relation to RA 7610
with no bail recommended.

6. How: At the aforementioned TDPO, joint tracker team of , PIU and

CIDG personnel conducted Intel driven operation against Most Wanted Person in
relation to SACLEO that resulted in the successful and lawful arrest of one by virtue of a
warrant of arrest docketed under Criminal Case No. for Violation of Rape in relation to
RA 7610 with no bail bond recommended. Said WOA was issued by dated April 28,
2022. Said operation was conducted with the aid of a body-worn camera and alternative
recording device pursuant to the rule in the execution of warrant (A.M No. 21-06-08-
SC). The arrested person was apprised/informed of his constitutional rights under the
Miranda Doctrine and the nature of his arrest and was brought to Tabango MPS for
safekeeping, documentation, and proper disposition.
