Re: Robbery Incident

1. Reference: A.) Blotter with entry no. 001, 002, 003, 004 dated 18 August
2019 B.) Dated on the spot report on 18 August 2019.

2. In connection with the cited reference above, the date of 15th August 2019 the
suspect named Rafael T. Dela Cruz, 21 years old, single, jobless, a native of
Pangasinan and Adrian Paolo T. Dela Cruz, 22 years old, carpenter, a native
of Pangasinan, presently residing at #29 K-6TH Kamuning St. Cubao, Quezon
City was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest.

3. On or about the date of 23 August 2019 the suspect was brought to the
prosecutor office in 4F Hall of Justice Bldg. Diliman, Quezon City for
preliminary investigation. After the preliminary investigation the suspect was
brought back to the station and released.

4. That on or about 1300H of 20 August 2019, with the virtue of a warrant of

arrest, P/SGT Rodel U Claveria and P/CPL Jade G Faustino arrested and
searched the said accused at their house in #29 K-6TH Kamuning St. Cubao,
Quezon City.

5. The recovered evidence from the interview and the requested standard of the
victim was sent to the Crime Laboratory at Camp Crame, Quezon City to be
examined for robbery.

6. Further development will be sent to that office as soon as obtained.
