SUBJECT : Spot report on Stabbing Incident

DATE : May 27, 2019

1. Please be informed that OOA 3:00 AM of May 27, 2019 at Pugad’s Restobar, Martinez
Subdivision, Dahican, Mati City one Dee T. Bagay 22 years old, single, a resident of
Tagboa, Lupon, Davao Oriental has been identified as the suspect of the stabbing
incident.

2. Victim was represented by Ronald D. Totoo, single, 30 years of age, truck driver, and a
resident of Sto. Niño, Brgy. Central, Mati City. The victim obtained eighteen (18) stabbed
wounds to different parts of his body.

3. Based on the witness’s statement, the suspect is under the influence of alcohol and that
he and the victim had been in conflict for a while since the victim started dating the
suspect’s ex-girlfriend. The victim was immediately rushed to Davao Oriental Provincial
Medical Center to undergo medical treatment due to his multiple wounds suffered, but
the doctor declared dead on arrival. Due to loose of blood.
