1. What:Arrest of Other Wanted Person (OWP) in relation to conduct of

Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO). 

2. When: July 22, 2022, 01:00 PM

July 5, 2022- WOA issued
July 6, 2022- WOA received by this PS

5. Why: Arrest of aforementioned accused for having a standing Warrant

of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Roselyn C. Fallorina, 8th Judicial Region, 11
MCTC Villaba-Tabango Circuit, Villaba, Leyte, with criminal case no. 2022-07-4466 for
Violation of PD 1602 dated July 5, 2022.

6. How:
At the aforementioned TDPO, operating unit of this station led by The accused
was informed the nature and the cause of his arrest and apprised of his constitutional
rights in a language fully known and understood by him. The said operation was
executed in pursuant to the Rules on the Use of Body-Worn Camera in the Execution of
Warrants (A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC).
