1. Reference: Memorandum from this Office dated April 2, 2021, with subject:
Spot Report on Arrested Person for Violation of PD 1602.

2. The above reference pertains to the arrest of MARK ANTHONY VOLANTE

ALMONTE, 25 years old, single resident of P-6 Brgy Bognabong and LUISITO
HERNANDO RAQUEÑO, aka GALOG, 51 years old, married and a resident of P-6 Brgy
Comon, Malinao, Albay, apprehended in flagrante delicto engaging in illegal cockfighting
known as “TUPADA” and recovered two (2) fighting cocks (one (1) dead and one (1) alive
with gaff) and money bets amounting Five Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php 570.00).

3. Further, at around 9:00 AM of April 21, 2021, case for Violation of PD 1602
against above name suspect were docketed under NPS. No. V-07-21D-00080 were
referred by this Office through regular filling before the City Prosecutor’s Office of Tabaco
City.
