1. Reference: Memorandum from RD, PRO5 dated February 8, 2022 with same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the message from a concerned citizen thru CRMS dated
February 6, 2022 with the details as follow;

“good day pwede po ba magtanong about sa Tao paano po malaman

kung me warrant of arrest. Naririnig kolang po Bicol murder daw po
Salvador Balmaceda Navarro”.

3. Request be informed that this office conducted verification at the e-warrant

system of this station with negative warrant of arrest under the name of Salvador
Balmaceda Navarro.

4. That upon verification of the herein name in the E-BLOTTER system

photographs showed that there is a record of incident reported at Sorsogon City.
