ORDINANCES

That at around 8:00 AM of April 19, 2021, PLT RUBEN B VELASCO


Officer-of-the-Day and PSMS Jovelyn B Bisa, JOD take post. Team
01 led by PLT VELASCO together with the Traffic patrol personnel, Favorable result
Police Trainee conducted early morning route patrolling, inspection of
evacuation centers, visitation of sea port, sea wall, river banks,
bridges and relocation site of this City. Inspection of all bridges and
vital installation to ensure and be reported the possible destruction of
typhoon “BISING”. Likewise, conducted Barangay visitation and
inspection.
That at 10:00 AM team led by PLT RUBEN B VELASCO, OD on
board of 01 mobile patrol conducted mobile patrolling, OD conducted
patrolling along Brgy Bombon, Bangkilingan, Panal, Matagbac, San
Antonio, San Vicente and conduct inspection at Brgy Buang, this City
and vise versa proceeded to other upland Brgy via Mariroc, Returned station
with no
02 Bognabong and Brgy Comon, this City. happen to meet Brgy officials untoward
at their respective Brgy Hall and conducted short dialogue to keep incident
safe and stay inside their houses while typhoon “Bising” is not yet
over.. Likewise, reminded them to observe the standard health
protocol for COVID 19 for the swift increase of number and the
mandatory wearing of face mask and other protective gear.
That at around 9:45 AM, team led by PLT JUMAR DELAVIN, OD
together with PCpl Nelson Villalon, Drug Clearing PNCO was officially

dispatched at Brgy Tabiguian, Bantayan, Quinastillojan all of this City
to conduct Brgy Coordination and drug clearing.
That at around 11:00 AM PLT RUBEN B VELASCO, OD conducted
port visitation and dialogue with the stranded passenger going to the
Province of Catanduanes and close coordination with other force
multipliers to ensure the security and safety of the stranded
04 passenger. Likewise, team coordinated to the office of the Returned station
Coastguard and Maritime police for any update, re-casualties, or with fruitful
missing person during the height of Typhoon “Bising”. And were so result
very blessed that the said typhoon did not hit and landfall within the
Bicol region.
That traffic patrol personnel conducted continuous monitoring, police
visibility and patrolling along sea port, sea shore, bridges, rivers and
river banks for possible flooding. Likewise, personnel designated at

the upland are constantly reminded to keep the duty OD to be posted
and updated by any untoward incident within their area of
responsibility.

LOI Manhunt Charlie

That at about 01:55 PM of March 1, 2021 at Brgy. Quinale, Tabaco City,


Subpoena/Warrant personnel of Tabaco CPS led by PLT JUMAR A
DELAVIN, duty OD, under the direct supervision of PMAJ EDGAR E
AZOTEA, OIC-COP, arrested GREBEC GARCIA COLUMNA, 42 years
old, widower, tricycle driver and a resident of P-3 Brgy Comon, Tabaco Properly
15 City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued on February 1, 2021 by Hon. documented
Judge ALBEN C. RABE, Judge of RTC, Branch 15, Tabaco City for and reported
Violation of Section 7 (4) of RA 9175 (Chainsaw Act of 2002) docketed
under Criminal Case No. T-8086 with bail recommended fixed at Forty
Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 48,000.00).

The accused was informed of the nature of his arrest and apprised of his
constitutional rights in bicol dialect known to and understood by him, was
brought to Ziga Memorial District Hospital, Tabaco City for mandatory
medical examination and presently at the custodial facility of this office.

That at about 02:10 PM of March 1, 2021 at Brgy. Quinale Cabasan,


Tabaco City, Subpoena/Warrant personnel of Tabaco CPS led by PLT
JUMAR A DELAVIN, duty OD, under the direct supervision of PMAJ
EDGAR E AZOTEA, OIC-COP, arrested RONALD SENORIN
REGINALDO, 38 years old, single (WLP), laborer and a resident of P-1
Brgy Comon, Tabaco City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued on
Properly
February 1, 2021 by Hon. Judge ALBEN C. RABE, Judge of RTC,
documented
Branch 15, Tabaco City for Violation of Section 7 (4) of RA 9175 and reported
(Chainsaw Act of 2002) docketed under Criminal Case No. T-8087with
bail recommended fixed at Forty Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 48,000.00).

The accused was informed of the nature of his arrest and apprised of his
constitutional rights in bicol dialect known to and understood by him, was
brought to Ziga Memorial District Hospital, Tabaco City for mandatory
medical examination and presently at the custodial facility of this office.

ALL WALK-IN COMPLAINANT AND INCIDENTS ARE PROPERLY RECORDED AND ACTED UPON
BY THE DUTY ON POST PERSONNEL.
