SUBJECT : Spot Report, QUALIFIED THEFT
DATE : January 29, 2023

1. On or about 6:00 AM of January 29, 2023, a theft incident transpired along

the house of Ben C. Diaz, resident of Palestina Pili Camarines Sur.

2. The owner of the house BEN when he went inside his house, particularly his
room to get some money, he saw Miss Alice Torres, his domestic servant, in
front of his study table and he saw Miss Alice a laptop, cellphone and a tablet
inside her bag, such laptop, tablet and cellphone belonged to Mr. Ben.

3. The suspect quickly jumped of the window of the room and fled away.

I. AUTHORITY:

Standard Operating Procedures of this police unit with reference to incident

recorded in Patrol Section Incident Logbook, Entry 01272020, and Dated 29
January 2023
II. DETAIL:

Upon receipt of the report of the chief of the Patrol Section, the herein
investigator was dispatched by the duty Desk Officer, PSMS Joseph P
Catungal to Conduct investigation on the alleged Qualified Theft being done
to the victim Ben C. Diaz.

III.RECOMMENDATION

It is respectfully recommended to conduct further investigation will be done.
