station and requested to put Naga City
on record that on or about
6:00 PM on January 29, 2023
when he went inside his house,
particularly his room to get some
money, he saw Miss Alice Torres,
his domestic servant, in front of his
study table and he saw Miss Alice a
laptop, cellphone and a tablet
inside her bag, such laptop, tablet
and cellphone belonged to Mr. Ben.
He shouted at Ms. Alice but she
quickly jumped of the window of
the room and fled away from the
crime scene.
