Who Victim 1 - Tata Lauban Ebrahim (DOA), male, 45 years old, married, self-employed and a resident of Project Site, 2" Road, Malagapas Street, Rosary Heights 10, Cotabato City; Victim 2 - Michael Sumael Bernabe (Injured), male, 37 years old, married, security guard and a resident of Mother Barangay Tamontaka, Cotabato City. Suspect/s: Unidentified. 6. Why Still to be determined, 7. How ‘On the said time and date, a telephone calll was received by PS2, CCPO informing that a shooting incident transpired at the aforementioned place. Acting on the report, personnel of the said station immediately responded to the said place and upon their arrival thereat, the victims were already brought by concerned citizens to Cotabato Regional and Medical Center, Cotabato City for treatment. “Life is Beautiful... Keligtasan Nyo, Sagot Ko. Tulong-tulong Tayo.”Unfortunately, victim no. 1 was declared dead on arrival by his attending physician, while victim no. 2 is now out of danger. 8. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim no. 1 was on his way home when unidentified suspect/s shot him several times hitting his head, chest, and back, while victim no. 2 was hit superficially in his stomach by a stray bullet. Recovered from the crime scene were seven fired cartridge cases believed to be from a caliber AS type of firearm and four fired cartridge cases believed to be from a caliber 9mm type of firearm. 9.
