    1. Reference: Blotter with entry no. 001, 002, 003, 004 dated 10
    February 2015.

    2. ICOW the above cited reference, please be informed that on or


    about 8:00 am of 10 February, 2015 PO1 Ortiz and PO2
    Glorioso responded the person of one Crisaldo Jr. Vallaspin Y
    Reyes 19 years old, Single, Student, native of Lucban Quezon
    and presently residing at 333 Cypress Cainta, Rizal found at the
    same address where the victim is recently residing.

    3. Upon arriving at the crime scene, the victim was covered by the
    newspaper and being tied by a rope. There is no any deadly
    weapon found in the crime scene. The suspect is unidentified.

    4. Investigation conducted by this precinct/office showed that on


    cited TPDO, while above named victim was lifted to Cainta
    Funeral Homes, an accredited Funeral Parlor of the PNP, and
    Crime Laboratory Office (PNPCLO) for autopsy.

    5. Progress report to follow.
