2. In connection with the above references, request be informing that victim Monkey D.
Luffy was a live in the Hospital one (1) day of treatment of medication.

3. Arrested suspect Kaido T. Beast was temporarily detained at Roxas City Police Station
detention cell for proper case disposition while a case for shooting is now being prepared
by the investigator-on-case for immediate filling in court.

4. Final report will follow.

SUBJECT : Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident

1. Reference:

2. On or about 3:25 o’clock in the afternoon of January 4, 2023, at plaza, Roxas City, Capiz,
one Monkey D. Luffy of legal age resident of Barangay. East Blue, Roxas City, Capiz
was chase and shoot by suspect identified as Kaido T. Beast, 47 years old, resident of
Barangay. Animal Kingdom, Roxas City, Capiz of the said province, temporarily residing
at the said place with the use of a bolo.

3. Immediately upon receipt of the report, PNP elements of Roxas City Police Station led by
PO2 Roronoa Zoro, PO2 Sanji Vinsmoke PO2 Brook Rumber proceeded to the place of
incident to conduct ocular inspection and investigation over the case. Initial investigation
disclosed that the suspects while robbering the bank chase the victim with the cash on his
hand and shoot it several times but the suspect missed. Then and there, victim ran to safe
place to hide and try to seek for help to report the scene in Roxas City Police Station.
Suspect ran away holding a gun and cash that he been taken on the bank and also as
identified victims Monkey D. Luffy. During their investigation the suspect was caught on
the street walking trying to hide himself with his jacket. Monkey D. Luffy brought by the
responding PNP team to Chopper’s Doctors Hospital for a medical treatment while Kaido
T. Beast was arrested and subsequently detained at Roxas City Police Station detention
cell pending filling of appropriate charges in court.

4. Suspect Kaido T. Beast was arrested by the responding team and subsequently brought to
Roxas City Police Station for proper case disposition while victim brought. Monkey D.
Luffy brought by the responding PNP team to Chopper’s Doctors Hospital for a medical
treatment.

5. A case for shooting incident of the revised penal code has already been filled at the City
Prosecutors Office against the suspect Kaido T. Beast under I.S. No. IIX-10-INV-15F-
001 and subsequently filled at Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judical Region, Branch 20,
Roxas City under Criminal Case No. 05-06-001, dated January 5, 2023.
