2. On or about 10.10 o’clock in the evening of August 2, 2022, at Brgy 4, Rizal Avenue
Street, Pambujan Northern Samar, one Sosing Eping Sr., legal age and resident of
said place was shooted by Tirso S. Tan identified as Vonn, 40 years old, resident of
said saem place with the use of caliber 45.

3. Immediately upon receipt of the report, PNP elements of Pambujan Municipal Police
Station by PO2 Virgil C. Osal. PO2 Virgil C. Osal and P02 Lheliosa D. Estrellado
proceeded to the place of incident to conduct ocular inspection and investigation over
the case. Initial investigation disclosed that suspect Tirso S.Tan while under the
influence of intoxicating liquor, arrived to the victim home then joking around with a
gun in his hand then accidentally shoot Tirso S. Tan. Then and there, victim ran
towards the nearby house of his relative indentified as Rica B. Aducon and asked for
assistance but chased by the suspect and upon reaching at the house of rhe said
relatives he is stumbled and died due to his endured shooted part of body.
 4. Suspect Tirso S. Tan was arrested by the responding team and subsequently brought
to Pambujan Municipal Police Station for proper case dispostion while victim Felipe
Sosing Jr., were brought immediately to Saint. Scholastia Center for immediate
medical treatment but unfortunately dead on arrival (DOA) a case for Homicide under
Article 249 of the Revised Penal Code has already been filed at the City Prosecutors
No. IX-09-INV-14F-001 and subsequently filed at Regional Trial Court, Ninth
Judicial Region, Branch 20. Province of Northern Samar under Criminal Case No. 04-
05-001, dated October 8, 2022.
