Sosing Jr., dated on January 29, 2022.
b. Radio message with Cite Number: R9C-0511-51

2. In connection with the above references, request be informed that the victim received
multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body and was rushed to Saint Scholastica
Hospital for treatment, but the attending physician pronounced him dead on arrival
(DOA).

3. Arrested suspect Tirso S. Tan was temporarily detained at Pambujan Municipal

Police Station detention cell for proper case disposition while a case for murder under
Article 246 of the RPC is now being prepared by the investigator-on-case for
immediate filing in court.

4. Final report will follow.

5. Request acknowledge receipt.
